The first three of these aircraft (airborne numbers "35", "36", "37") entered the 43rd separate naval attack aviation regiment of the Black Sea Fleet aviation in Saki (Crimea) in December 2014, and the other two ("38 "and" 39 ") - in July 2015.
Since 2012, a total of 116 Su-30SM aircraft have been contracted for the Ministry of Defense of Russia, of which 88 are intended for the Russian Air Force (WKS), and another 28 for the Naval Aviation of the Russian Navy. To date, the Russian Aerospace Forces under the signed contracts have thus received 62 Su-30SM fighters, and Naval Aviation - 12 (including three received).
