With sexual coldness (frigidity) in women there is a decrease in the level of sexual needs and sexual reactivity, lack of satisfaction with sex life. One of the signs of sexual coldness is anorgasmia. Accompanying frigidity manifestations may have different degrees of severity:
- I degree - sexual need is saved, but with the bulk of sexual acts orgasm does not begin, there is some satisfaction with sex life;
- Grade II - sexual need is absent or maintained at an extraordinary level, orgasm is absent during all sexual intercourse, sex life does not bring satisfaction;
- III degree - complete absence of sexual need, persistent anorgasmia, aversion to sexual partner;
- IV degree - complete absence of sexual need, persistent anorgasmia, disgust causes not only the actual sexual partner, but in general all men.
The frigidity can be due to both organic and functional causes.
