Journalists began to hip on the horrors of renovation

Well, meet the first story about how the residents of the five-story building that was being settled complained to the Moscow authorities in the FSB.
Journalists began to hip at the horrors of renovation of the subway, five-story building, renovation, new, program, rubles, houses, comments, more, today, five-story buildings, demolished, difficult, program, compliance, settled, author,

"Residents of the five-story building on Zhukov Avenue in Moscow complained to the FSB about moving into a house that was unfit for habitation. They are resettled to the" low-quality new building "by threats, the letter says to the special service."
RBC writes this: https://www.rbc.ru/politics/13/01/2018/5a58cceb9a79475c0fb6fc03
The fact is that the apartment in which I grew up also fell under the program and you have to follow the news. However, in this case it is banal, as they say today, HYIP on a popular topic.
Exposing was not so difficult.
The article is beautiful: in full compliance with the genre, with pumping up, even complaints of threats are present in the FSB — that is, HYIP is made with high quality. The minus of the article is that it does not have a real background, the facts stated in it, on key positions, do not correspond to reality.
You do not need to be an employee of the special service to understand that there is a duck in front of you.
First, the five-story buildings in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki are not settled according to the renovation program. They are settled in connection with the construction of the Big Ring Metro Line (Third Interchange Circuit).
It was enough just to google: "... the five-story buildings on Marshal Zhukov Avenue will be settled as part of the construction of the metro ...".
Secondly, not “all the houses in the district” are settled, but only 4. All residents are resettled within their own district, to a new house No. 60 on Karamyshevskaya Embankment (approximately 1.5 km from their former place of residence). About what the residents were notified in the spring of 2017 (before the renovation began).
Thirdly, all relocated are allocated equivalent well-appointed apartments. The number of rooms remains the same, but due to the fact that kitchens and other non-residential premises in new houses are more spacious than in demolished five-story buildings, the total area of real estate will increase.
And most importantly - additional compensation. It so happened that settled houses under the construction program of the metro station were simultaneously in the renovation program, therefore, in addition to new apartments, residents also receive monetary compensation - 9 thousand rubles per square meter (this is approximately 300-500 thousandrubles for an apartment) - for the difference between new apartments built according to the program for the development of the metro, and housing according to the Moscow standard of renovation. And if you read all the conditions, it will become clear that all expenses for relocation will be compensated, as well as the installation of the phone, fees for registration of documents. Even transport and movers will be allocated from the city. In short, except as a gift of fate, this whole event can hardly be called.
But the most interesting, as reported by channels from authoritative telegrams from the fields, by these “coincidental” coincidences live in these houses - Pavel Moroz and Alexander Gruzinov, who are also united by the fact that both of them were candidates for the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki last year and both lost (it did not help them that the first was with the support of Dmitry Gudkov, and the second was listed as an ex-deputy of the municipal assembly from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation). And again, by coincidence, it was Moroz and Georgians who are now protesting against resettlement, agitating against the move and handing out angry comments on behalf of the residents. The current deputies from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation - Logatskaya and Borodulin - help them to "administer justice".
It is gratifying that the telegram channels are much more aware of real events than the media. And often they work much faster. But this is so, by the way.
Returning to the main story, it is worth noting that at present 80% of families living in the demolished five-story buildings have been given consent to move, more than half of them have already moved to new housing, and they haven't heard any particular dissatisfaction, uninteresting, right?
And today, the popularity of bloggers and anonymous telegrams, who often like to troll the audience with all kinds of stuffing, creating high-level topics out of the blue, does not give journalists peace of mind.
Or do they have completely different goals?
