250 g butter biscuits
100 g sugar
50 g melted butter
375 g cream
250 ml of pineapple juice
1 bag of gelatin
jelly with lemon, grape, strawberry, peach, orange flavor
Make several types of jelly of different colors, but do not follow the instructions on the package, add a little less water than necessary to get a more solid texture.
Grind cookies into flour and mix it with sugar and melted butter. Put this mixture in a baking dish and thoroughly tamp. After that, bake a biscuit for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
While the biscuit is baked, mix the pineapple juice with the gelatin and bring the mixture to a boil so that the gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool this solution. Blender whip the cream with vanilla and, when the pineapple juice with gelatin is cool, add them to the cream.
Take the hardened jelly from the fridge and cut it into cubes. Then very carefully pour them into the butter cream, but in no case mix it, as the jelly can crumble.
